Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of CNC programming experience with multi-axis milling.

• Strong communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust Mastercam programs for multi-axis CNC machining.
• Design manufacturing processes to improve throughput and quality.
• Set up and operate Fanuc CNC mills to validate programs.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and sales to resolve challenges.
• Create runtime, setup, and tooling estimates for quotes.
• Mentor machinists on methods, efficiency, and safety.
