Qualifications

• 10+ years of machining experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from complex blueprints.
• Experience in military or defense manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC milling machines using Mastercam.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot toolpaths for tight-tolerance parts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

5 years of Mastercam programming experience

Strong experience with 5-axis simultaneous machining

Experience with 3-axis mills, CNC lathes, and mill-turn equipment

Deep understanding of feeds and speeds

Proficiency in reading blueprints and applying GD&T
