Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior program/operations leader in the United States to guide MRO&U operations and sustainment networks. You will coordinate with engineering, logistics, and supply chain teams, drive escalations, and report progress to executives, ensuring timely, compliant delivery across global programs.

The role requires a strong background in PM, operations, and MRO activities, with proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field with 7+ years in PM/ops.
• 7+ years in program management, operations, supply chain and/or materials.
• 5+ years in maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical MRO&U operations support by coordinating timely solutions with functional groups.
• Host daily network escalation calls to ensure awareness and prioritization of global needs.
• Prepare documentation and communicate status to internal customers and leadership.
• Represent sustainment operations in developing a unified system and process for reporting.
• Interface with and monitor performance of 3rd party MRO PSPs.
• Identify and resolve process gaps and systematic issues to support deliveries.
• Develop forward-thinking strategies to grow and expand the sustainment network.
