Chromalloy in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Customer Programs to lead the successful execution of engine material management contracts and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

In this highly visible, customer‑facing role you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor program performance, manage financial results, and ensure customer requirements are met from a logistical, technical, and commercial perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, aviation MRO, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned engine material management contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for program performance, issue resolution, and strategic account management.
• Lead customer business reviews and performance meetings, presenting operational, financial, and technical results.
• Coordinate with material planning, procurement, repairs, logistics, operations, and product line teams to support material readiness and delivery commitments.
• Track and report program financial performance, including revenue, profitability, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact customer satisfaction, contract performance, or financial results.
• Drive timely resolution of customer concerns and coordinate corrective actions across internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, customer experience, and program profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross‑functional teams to support long‑term business success.
