Chromalloy in Oldsmar, FL is seeking a Facilities Capital Project Manager to lead major capital projects across manufacturing operations. You will manage from concept to commissioning, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, and external contractors to improve reliability and uptime.

The role requires 8+ years of project management in industrial settings, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and the ability to drive safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years managing capital projects in manufacturing, aerospace, or heavy production.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead facility and infrastructure capital projects from concept through startup and handoff.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
• Coordinate Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and EHS teams.
• Oversee contractors and vendors throughout project execution.
• Support procurement activities and prepare business cases and updates.
• Ensure successful startup and integration of facility systems and equipment.
