Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager, Customer Programs to lead the successful execution of engine material management contracts while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. In this highly visible, customer-facing role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor program performance, manage financial results, and ensure customer requirements are met from a logistical, technical, and commercial perspective.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage assigned engine material management contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams to support long-term business success.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, program coordination, aviation MRO, or a related field.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving schedules, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and work across functions and organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require.

Nice to Have

• Experience with commercial aviation engines, engine components, or MRO operations.
• Knowledge of engine component repair processes and practices.
• Experience with inventory management, forecasting, or material planning.
• Technical knowledge of PW4000 engines.
• Experience using Quantum and customer or program reporting systems.
• Familiarity with technical product requirements, customer specifications, or contract deliverables.
• Demonstrated success managing external customer relationships and influencing customer decisions.
