You will develop manufacturing plans, optimize workflows, and collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to ensure design-for-manufacture excellence. The role requires a BS in Manufacturing Engineering and at least seven years of aerospace manufacturing experience, with strong lean principles and data‑driven

Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing Engineering or related field required.
• At least seven years in aerospace manufacturing roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate complex manufacturing processes and optimize workflow.
• Develop and communicate manufacturing plans for design changes.
• Lead projects applying design for manufacture and assembly principles.
• Interface with suppliers and production teams to drive improvements.
