Proficiency in SolidWorks and Enovia SmarTeam, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings are required to drive improvements and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–8 years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace.
• Experience with SolidWorks and Enovia SmarTeam is required.
• Ability to interpret drawings and engineering documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing methods, processes, and production work cells.
• Create, maintain, and improve manufacturing process documentation.
• Analyze workforce utilization, facility layouts, equipment requirements, and production workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and design teams to ensure designs and tooling support efficient manufacturing.
• Work with vendors to evaluate equipment, materials, and components against specifications and quality standards.
• Develop production time estimates, staffing requirements, and cost projections to support planning.
• Provide technical leadership on projects and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
