Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing engineering, preferably aerospace or regulated environment.
• SolidWorks and Enovia SmarTeam experience required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning, workflow optimization, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing methods, processes, and production work cells.
• Create, maintain, and improve manufacturing process documentation.
• Analyze workforce utilization, facility layouts, equipment requirements, and production workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and design teams to ensure designs and tooling support efficient manufacturing.
• Work with vendors to evaluate equipment, materials, and components to meet specs and quality standards.
• Develop production time estimates, staffing requirements, and cost projections for planning.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Apply statistical methods to forecast manufacturing needs and improve performance.
