Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to own engineering execution for products through the lifecycle. You will lead process definitions, drive production readiness, and partner with Design Engineering on DFM/DFA.

You will mentor junior engineers, manage cross-functional projects, and improve yield, cycle time, and scalability. A strong background in machining, assembly, and Lean practices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience supporting manufacturing in NPI and production environments.
• Experience with complex mechanical systems such as aerospace or propulsion is a plus.
• Familiarity with GD&T, PFMEA, APQP, SPC, or Lean methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing engineering execution for products, modules, or components.
• Lead process definition, workflow development, and production readiness.
• Drive DFM/DFA collaboration with Design Engineering teams.
• Support transition from prototype to production; develop tooling concepts.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting cost, quality, schedule, and readiness.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Mentor junior engineers and partner with IPTs.
