Job summary
Beehive Industries is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Engineering to own the end-to-end manufacturing strategy from NPI through ramp and rate manufacturing at our Centennial, Colorado facility. You will unify Centers of Excellence across NPI, Additive, Machining, and Assembly under a single technical vision.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 10–15+ years in manufacturing engineering, aerospace or complex hardware.
- Experience leading multi-site or cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in additive manufacturing (metal AM preferred).
- Experience across NPI, prototyping, production ramp, high-rate manufacturing.
- Strong background in DFM/DFAM, tooling, and production systems.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing engineering across full product lifecycle: NPI through ramp and rate manufacturing.
- Ensure robust release readiness, including CTQs, process capability, and transfer gates.
- Lead transition to production, including rate readiness, line balancing, and tooling/fixture readiness.
- Unify Centers of Excellence across sites under a single technical vision.
- Drive DFAM adoption and lifecycle cost optimization.
- Mentor Manufacturing Engineers and align priorities across geographically distributed teams.
