Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA, is seeking a Sr Maintenance Mechanic responsible for journeyman level mechanical modification, repair, maintenance and overhaul of facilities and manufacturing equipment. The Senior Maintenance Mechanic also designs and fabricates tooling and parts as necessary.

You will design and fabricate tooling, work with Facilities and Manufacturing Engineers, perform preventative maintenance, and manage projects with time and materials while maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in repair of industrial and manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of journeyman level mechanics, engineering principles, design drawing, metallurgy and welding.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; able to work with facilities and production staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform journeyman level mechanical repairs, design and modify equipment and facilities.
• Install, align, and repair piping, tubing, and machinery; weld and machine parts as needed.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Manufacturing Engineers and maintenance staff on tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and support preventive maintenance programs.
