Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics is hiring a Machine Operator for our Lynnwood, WA plant. The role focuses on setting up, wiring, and running machines used in circuit card assembly, with emphasis on quality and efficiency.

You will support 5S initiatives, monitor lead times, and perform routine equipment maintenance while ensuring safety and compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of related experience.
• Ability to interpret specifications and read production/engineering prints.
• Accurate color vision and depth perception.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate machines (e.g., SMT pick and place, coating, solder).
• Make manual adjustments to optimize performance and validate compliance.
• Meet lead times to support customer needs and perform routine maintenance.
• Manage consumables and practice safe work habits as per OSHA and policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.
