Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics seeks a Facilities Maintenance Helper (Contract) at our Lynnwood, WA site. Duties include building and grounds maintenance, constructing workstations, shelving, and tooling. You will use hand and power tools, ladders, and various equipment to maintain and improve the Lynnwood facilities.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, plus experience with mechanical/electrical tools and basic reading of diagrams. Some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

Experience using mechanical and electrical tools for general maintenance, construction, or related applications.
Knowledge of general mechanical principles.
Ability to follow verbal and written directions, read diagrams, and complete tasks with minimal supervision; basic math/computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent, or technical/trade school certificate.

Responsibilities

Maintain buildings and grounds, build/repair shelves and workstations.
Safely use hand and electrical tools, ladders, lifts, and painting tools.
Perform yard and building maintenance, painting, cleaning, and repairs.
Build production benches and shelving; organize materials in/out of buildings.
