Vantor is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Ground Systems to lead the VEGA program. You will coordinate engineering, operations, software, and infrastructure to deliver a scalable ground architecture for the Vantage and Pulse satellites.

The role requires systems thinking, risk mitigation, and strong communication with executives. You will drive schedules and milestones to ensure on-time deployment across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Typically 12+ years leading complex technical programs in aerospace or defense.
• Experience delivering ground systems, mission operations, or cloud-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the VEGA implementation roadmap across engineering, mission operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software development teams.
• Coordinate delivery of the ground architecture supporting satellite constellations.
• Drive cross-functional planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management across multiple technical organizations.
• Partner with engineering leadership to ensure architectural decisions align with operational objectives and scalability.
• Establish program governance, technical reviews, and executive reporting.
