Blue Origin seeks an experienced Cost Estimator to develop and deliver estimates across aerospace programs, including government contracts. You will build BOEs, translate RFPs into estimating plans, and support IR&D efforts with strong Excel modeling.

In this role you will collaborate with capture, technical, program, and finance teams from RFP release through award, ensuring compliant, defendable pricing. Active TS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance and related eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years cost estimating or proposal pricing in aerospace/defense/government contracting.
• Experience writing BOEs and developing various estimating approaches.
• Ability to read and interpret RFPs/SOWs and cost documents.
• Advanced Excel skills with multi-tab models.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver cost estimates and price volumes per policies and requirements.
• Write defensible Basis of Estimate narratives documenting approaches and rationale.
• Develop estimates for IR&D efforts and manage multiple estimating efforts.
• Partner with capture, technical, program, finance teams from RFP to award.
