Job summary

InterConnect Wiring is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and manufacture of aerospace wiring harnesses and interconnect systems. This role acts as the bridge between engineering and production, ensuring designs meet cost, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Aerospace experience or familiarity with wiring harnesses and electrical interconnects is preferred.
• Strong CAD proficiency and familiarity with ERP/PLM systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop aerospace wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and interconnect systems.
• Interpret drawings and data packages to produce manufacturing-ready designs and documentation.
• Maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and technical docs.
• Apply DFM and DFA to optimize performance, quality, and production efficiency.
• Support prototype builds, verification, and validation activities.
