Job summary

INTERCONNECT WIRING, based in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to direct daily operations, develop engineering documentation, and drive continuous improvement across aerospace wiring harness programs (e.g., F-35, F-22, F-16, C-130, H-1). Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Proficiency in project management is required.
Experience with aerospace wiring harness design and routing is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop precise work instructions for harness production and improve process consistency.
Collaborate with quality and engineering to resolve issues and drive corrective actions.
Review drawings, parts lists, and wire lists to compile build-to-packages and BOMs.
Draft wiring harnesses using CAD tools and generate harness drawings and routing lists.
Create and maintain internal databases for wiring, labeling, and marking requirements.
Administer PDM system and support engineering/design projects.
