Job summary

Teledyne Micropac seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead aerospace, defense, and space programs from award through delivery. You will manage cost, schedule, technical performance, and contractual compliance while building trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and leadership across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Contracts in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in aerospace/defense/electronics etc. is required.
• Minimum 7 years of program management experience for technically complex programs is required.
• Experience with earned value cost accounting and program metrics is required.
• Proven success leading customer-facing programs with cost, schedule and contractual commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, qualification, production, and sustainment programs from contract award through final delivery.
• Own program performance across cost, schedule, technical execution, contractual commitments and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, forecasts and execution strategies.
• Monitor program performance and drive corrective actions to ensure delivery of objectives.
• Serve as primary customer interface and trusted advisor for assigned programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
