Ashton North LLC in Bay Shore, NY, is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our aerospace manufacturing division. You will develop, test, and optimize CNC milling programs, collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure precision and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC programming experience, proficiency with CAD software, and strong GD&T interpretation skills.

Competenze

Associate's degree preferred in engineering or manufacturing technology.
Minimum 5 years CNC programming experience.
Strong experience programming CNC milling machines.
Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

Create and optimize CNC programs for milling operations.
Program custom components and tooling for production applications.
Develop machining methods and tooling strategies.
Set up and support CNC milling machines during production.
Test, troubleshoot, and validate CNC programs on production equipment.
Modify programs to reflect engineering changes and product revisions.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining efficiency.
