Qualifications

• Proven experience programming 5-axis milling, multi-axis turning, and/or Swiss lathe operations.
• Strong GD&T reading and interpretation of complex drawings.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in machining environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for 5-axis milling, multi-axis turning, and Swiss lathe operations.
• Program precision components across aerospace, defense, medical device, and related industries.
• Develop and optimize machining strategies for tight tolerances and complex geometries.
• Utilize CAM software and G-code to create efficient CNC programs and review drawings and specs.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineering, and quality teams to validate programs and processes.
• Support first-article inspection and continuous process improvements.
