Job summary

Htprof is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a leading aerospace manufacturer. You will develop, test, and optimize CNC milling programs, collaborating with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to ensure efficient processes and high-quality outputs.

The role requires strong CAD/CAM skills, GD&T interpretation, and a minimum of five years in CNC programming. Aerospace exposure and Lean methods knowledge are a plus. A rigorous, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred (Engineering or Manufacturing Technology).
• Minimum 5 years of CNC Programming experience.
• Strong experience programming CNC milling machines.
• Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs for milling operations.
• Program custom components and tooling for production applications.
• Develop machining methods and tooling strategies.
• Set up and support CNC milling machines during production.
• Test, troubleshoot, and validate CNC programs on production equipment.
• Modify programs to reflect engineering changes and product revisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining efficiency.
• Maintain programming documentation and revision control.
• Support process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve quality.
• Ensure all programs meet safety, quality, and customer requirements.
