Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 4–7 years of Aerial Distribution construction experience, or HS with 6–9 years experience.
• Knowledge of Project Management concepts or principles.
• Strong knowledge of the company's and OSHA safety guidelines and regulations.
• Project Management experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proven analytical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively, and foster culture change.
• Certifications required within first year include: LOTO and OSHA 30.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as liaison with property owners and customers impacted by construction activities.
• Monitor safety and perform weekly safety observations; assist in RCIs and ACEs as requested.
• Lead project management communications and meetings with engineering, construction and contract management.
• Oversee project scope, budget, and on-site material management; ensure constructability.
• Provide updates in project management systems and attend staff meetings.
