Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Aerial Distribution, knowledge of PM concepts, OSHA/safety guidelines, and experience managing cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4–7 years of aerial distribution construction experience.
• Knowledge of Project Management concepts or principles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and regulations.
• Proven project management experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee project construction to standard, on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate internal and external resources; lead site walkdowns and stakeholder meetings.
• Act as primary liaison between project management and work groups for scheduling and budgeting.
• Monitor safety and quality; assist with root cause investigations and audits.
• Participate in training and project meetings; provide updates to teams.
• Lead safety briefings and site visits with stakeholders.
