Job summary

Exelon is seeking to manage (indirect) Distribution professionals overseeing centrally managed projects. You will ensure work is on scope, on schedule, and within budget, while implementing construction standards and promoting a safe, diverse, productive environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, contract management, and field teams; monitoring progress and safety; and guiding staff to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4-7 years of Aerial Distribution construction experience (or HS diploma with 6-9 years of related experience).
• Knowledge of Project Management concepts or principles.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and regulations.
• Project Management experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proven analytical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and lead culture change.
• Certifications within first year include LOTO and OSHA 30.

Responsibilities

• Manage project construction spend across multiple categories, ensuring work is within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Liaise with property owners and customers affected by construction; maintain positive relationships.
• Coordinate internal and external construction resources to maximize productivity and safety.
• Act as primary communicator between Project Management and work groups; lead site walks and meetings.
• Monitor safety, conduct weekly observations, review QA audits and incidents; coach staff.
• Complete required training and participate in project meetings; provide updates.
• Engage stakeholders with progress updates and site visits; ensure protocols are followed.
