Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years of AEM development experience.
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or AEM 6.5.
• Hands-on development of components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AEM Sites components, templates, and content fragments.
• Build OSGi services, Sling models, servlets, and Java backend logic.
• Develop front-end experiences using HTL, JavaScript, and modern build tools.
• Implement headless and hybrid delivery patterns using GraphQL APIs.
• Migrate or build implementations on AEM as a Cloud Service with CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop AEM Assets workflows and metadata schema design.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud and external systems.
• Implement personalization and A/B testing in AEM.
• Optimize page performance, caching, and Dispatcher configuration.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments and participate in code reviews.
