Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM CMS Developer to design, build and maintain enterprise digital experiences for our clients across industries. You will work on scalable web applications with a strong focus on performance and quality.

The role emphasizes AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM as a Cloud Service, Java, OSGi, Sling, and HTL, and involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Adobe AEM development experience.
• Strong Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and AEM architecture knowledge.
• Experience with AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Experience with Content Fragments, GraphQL, and headless CMS.
• Experience with Dispatcher, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Build solutions using Java, OSGi, Sling Models, HTL, and Servlets.
• Develop headless CMS solutions using Content Fragments and GraphQL.
• Customize AEM Assets (DAM) and workflows.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud and external systems.
• Optimize site performance, Dispatcher caching, and deployments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Manager, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
