Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Five or more years of AEM development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java, OSGi, Sling, and HTL.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture including author, publish, and Dispatcher tiers.
• Heads-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service or AEM 6.5.
• Experience with Content Fragments, GraphQL APIs, and headless delivery patterns.
• Front-end skills with modern JavaScript and build tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AEM Sites components, templates, and content fragments following modern patterns.
• Build OSGi services, Sling models, servlets, and backend logic within AEM.
• Develop front-end experiences using HTL and JavaScript with modern build tools.
• Implement headless and hybrid delivery using Content Fragments and GraphQL APIs.
• Migrate or build on AEM as a Cloud Service with cloud-native CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop AEM Assets workflows including DAM customizations and metadata design.
• Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud and external systems.
• Implement personalization and A/B testing with AEM and Target.
• Optimize page performance, caching, and Dispatcher configurations.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Manager, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
