Job summary

Unicon Systems is seeking an experienced AEM Developer for a remote USA W2 contract. The candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including AEM Cloud Service, AWS, and DAM.

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable AEM solutions, integrating REST APIs, and working within CI/CD and Agile teams. Strong Java skills and knowledge of Sling/OSGi/JCR are essential.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
Strong experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
Hands-on experience with AEM Assets / DAM.
Strong Java development experience.
Experience with AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, OSGi, Sling, and JCR.
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
Working knowledge of AWS cloud services.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain AEM applications and components.
Develop solutions using AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
Work extensively with AEM Assets / DAM and asset management capabilities.
Develop and maintain AEM templates, components, dialogs, workflows, and services.
Build and integrate AEM solutions with REST APIs and external systems.
Work with AWS cloud services to support scalable and reliable deployments.
Participate in AEM Cloud migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business teams to deliver solutions.
Follow CI/CD, Agile development, coding, and deployment best practices.
