Job summary

Cognizant in New York is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise digital experiences and public web properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEM, including AEM as a Cloud Service, Java, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, HTL, and REST APIs, and will collaborate with content and marketing teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including AEM as a Cloud Service
• Strong Java and backend development skills
• Ability to design, develop and enhance enterprise digital experiences

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise websites using AEM.
• Build reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and content models.
• Develop solutions using Java, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, HTL, and AEM APIs.
• Support content authoring and publishing with marketing teams.
• Troubleshoot performance, rendering, caching, and deployments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud migration efforts.
• Assist with upgrades and migrations in AEMaaCS environments.
• Ensure accessibility and cross‑browser compatibility.
