Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Senior Technical Adoption Specialist for Construction with German to partner with strategic customers, guiding adoption of Autodesk solutions and improving workflows across the project lifecycle.

You will work with a cross-functional team to accelerate customer success, provide technical guidance, and enable enterprise customers. Hybrid work is supported with no minimum office-day requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with AEC construction project workflows across the project lifecycle.
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Forma Build and Forma Data Management.
• Knowledge of the German construction industry and networks to expand adoption.
• Fluency in English; German language is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while balancing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with strategic customers to maximize Autodesk adoption and value.
• Provide technical guidance, consulting, and enablement across project lifecycles.
• Drive successful outcomes by improving workflows and collaboration.
• Collaborate with global teams and report to the Manager, Technical Adoption, EMEA.
