Job summary

Autodesk seeks technical advisors in Customer Success to help large strategic customers maximize their product usage and realize measurable outcomes. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of AEC technologies and automation building blocks.
  • Experience with Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman for testing and automating API workflows.
  • Understanding of HTTP methods and ability to construct and send HTTP requests to APIs and handle JSON responses.
  • Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities.
  • Proven ability to be agile and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently.

  • Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
  • Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing.
  • Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology.
  • Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges.

Position Overview

Autodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated technical advisors to help our customers maximize their product investment and realize measurable business outcomes. You will bring automation and scripting experience, preferably in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) space. You will support a broad range of technologies in large‑scale environments, working closely with medium and large strategic customers worldwide to enhance their adoption of Autodesk solutions. You will join the Technical Adoption team within the Customer Success Management group, a team that values professional development, supports growth, and rewards high performance. The Technical Adoption group helps strategic customers maximize success and realize stronger returns on their investment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver product, and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows
  • Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes
  • Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users, including workflow‑specific guidance and best‑practice sharing
  • Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology
  • Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, in line with Autodesk quality standards
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of AEC technologies and automation building blocks
  • Experience working with and supporting Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman for testing and automating API workflows
  • Understanding of HTTP methods and ability to construct and send HTTP requests to APIs and handle JSON responses
  • Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities
  • Proven ability to be agile and learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers
  • Experience supporting automation in an enterprise environment or working directly with enterprise clients
  • Experience as a BIM Manager
  • Experience with Autodesk Platform Services
  • Experience scripting using VB, PowerShell, .NET, Python, C, or C++
  • Experience with low code / no code environments (e.g., Workato or PowerAutomate)
  • Enthusiasm and passion for technology and innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
  • Excellent team player, enjoying supporting and interacting with other members of a global team
