ExxonMobil seeks an experienced marketing and policy communications leader to drive issues-based campaigns in Washington, DC. You will translate complex policy topics into compelling brand narratives across digital channels and collaborate with Policy, Legal, and Corporate Affairs to navigate regulatory contexts.

The role requires 8–10 years of related experience, a strong executive presence, and a track record in audience targeting, measurement, and cross-functional leadership within regulated

Qualifications

• 8–10 years leading issues-based, advocacy, or policy-driven digital campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement—in B2B contexts.
• Proven marketing and brand background with ability to translate complex or policy-heavy topics into clear brand narratives.
• DC political campaign experience or experience within public affairs, issue advocacy, or policy communications.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy to execution and measurement of digital advocacy campaigns across paid social, programmatic/display, search, video, email/marketing automation, and web/SEO.
• Translate complex topics into concise, on-brand messaging under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Policy, Legal, and Corporate Affairs in regulated sectors.
