Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience working with Texas policymakers.
• Strong reputation for integrity and confidentiality.
• Hands-on leadership to drive government relations strategy.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to represent the company at events.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to engage with state lawmakers and build a policy-focused network.
• Lead direct engagement with policymakers and advise via associations.
• Monitor Texas political issues and deploy issue management strategies.
• Develop and disseminate positions to advance ExxonMobil objectives.
