Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8 years of experience in job offered or computer-related occupation.
Strong experience with Oracle SOA, OSB, BPM, ODI, BAM, B2B or Oracle OIC.
Proficiency in Perl, Shell and Python.
Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, CPQ, and RightNow Service Cloud.
Knowledge of XML, SOAP, JSON.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or Container Registry.
Experience with Grafana or Prometheus and Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
ODOD and RISDOD Framework Architectures.
Experience with Exalogic or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Java, J2EE, and Oracle Database/ATP/DBCS.

Responsibilities

Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers.
Advise and assist internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
Act as a primary point of contact for customers and manage customer relationships with Support.
Provide expert technical guidance and solve highly complex, critical issues.
Travel up to 30% for client engagements; may telecommute.
