Job summary

Oracle America, Inc. is seeking an Advisory Systems Engineer to deliver post-sales support and expert guidance to customers. You will resolve complex technical inquiries, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Travel up to 30% may be required; telecommuting is possible. A Master’s degree in CS/Engineering and 8+ years of experience are expected, with deep Oracle product proficiency across SOA, BPM, OIC, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation
• Proven expertise across Oracle SOA, OSB, BPM, ODI, BAM, B2B, or OIC
• Strong knowledge of Perl, Shell, and Python
• Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CPQ, or Right Now Service Cloud
• Proficiency in XML, SOAP, JSON; Docker and Kubernetes; Grafana/Prometheus
• Familiar with OCI/Exalogic, Java/J2EE, and Oracle databases

Responsibilities

• Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers
• Serve as a primary contact and advocate for customer needs
• Provide expert technical guidance and issue resolution for complex problems
• Coordinate with internal teams and management on customer status
