Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Senior Advisor, Supervisory Solutions to review activity requiring supervisory oversight, identify emerging concerns, and guide advisors, branch leadership, and partners on firm and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with field supervision, compliance, legal, and operations to strengthen supervisory effectiveness, manage risk, and support business growth, while navigating evolving regulations with sound judgment and independence.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or business administration with relevant training.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a financial services firm or supervision.
• Experience interpreting regulations and applying them to supervisory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervisory reviews and approvals of client accounts, transactions, and documentation requiring oversight.
• Research and resolve complex account, suitability, and regulatory matters.
• Monitor supervisory systems and reports to identify unusual activity, trends, or risks.
• Escalate concerns and partner with supervision leadership to achieve resolution.
• Educate advisors and branch personnel on regulatory developments and policy changes.
• Collaborate with field supervision, compliance, legal, and operations.
