Applicants must have a J.D. or LL.B. and active bar membership. Specialized experience in investigations or enforcement of federal securities laws is required, with strong legal analysis and record development skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.B. required.
• Active bar membership in any state, DC, Puerto Rico, or territory.
• Experience in investigations or enforcement of federal securities laws is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level assistance on priority matters to Senior Officers.
• Contribute to investigations, legal analysis, and management of records for enforcement cases.
• Support the Public Finance Abuse Unit in advancing its goals and priorities.
