or LL.B. and be an active member of the bar in good standing (any U.S. state/territory, DC, or Puerto Rico).

Qualifications

• JD or LL.B. degree required.
• Active membership of the bar in good standing in any state, territory, DC, or Puerto Rico.
• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS/SK-14; investigations, civil cases, or admin proceedings.
• Knowledge of federal securities laws and Commission rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level assistance to the Senior Officer on priority matters.
• Contribute to investigations, case development, and legal analysis as part of enforcement work.
