The Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement, Office of the Director, seeks an Attorney Adviser (Senior Adviser). The successful candidate will provide high level assistance to the Senior Officer on priority matters and play a substantial role in advancing the Commission's enforcement priorities. Qualifying experience may be earned in the private or public sector.

A J.D. or LL.B. from an accredited school and active bar membership in good standing are required, with at least

Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.B. degree required.
• Active bar membership in good standing in any state, DC, or Puerto Rico required.
• Specialized experience in investigations, enforcement, and applying federal securities laws is preferred.

Responsabilités
