Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is hiring a Senior Advisor to support a U.S. Navy program delivering readiness and sustainment services.

The role focuses on readiness analytics, decision-support, and end-to-end readiness ecosystems including maintenance, supply chain, and financial management. The ideal candidate has 15 years in related areas, 12 years direct experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree required; US citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of related experience with twelve (12) years direct in the specified concentration area.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher; US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree as listed or equivalent experience; ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor to Government and support the customer on program operations.
• Assess adequacy of evolving program plans and change management strategies.
• Apply knowledge of business management and information systems to plan long- and short-term outcomes.
• Analyze current processes and management relationships to identify improvements.
• Develop program/project plans, guidelines, and controls.
• Perform tasks requiring practical and theoretical advanced knowledge in a specialty area.
