Job summary

Kestra Financial, Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Development Recruiter in Austin to expand the advisor network. You will partner with an external consultant, conduct outreach campaigns, and conduct virtual demos to engage prospects.

You’ll build relationships, guide candidates through the process, and maintain CRM data. You will leverage market knowledge, strong communication, and goal orientation to drive recruitment success, while supporting cross-team partnerships and regional growth

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent industry related experience.
• Sales experience of 3+ years.
• FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with external BD Consultant to recruit advisors into the Kestra Financial Network.
• Uncover and qualify leads through focused calling and email campaigns.
• Host virtual meetings and Tech Demos to inform and engage prospects.
• Connect, network, and build rapport with recruits.
• Nurture prospects through the entire recruitment process.
• Maintain timely data and activity entry in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with the external recruiter to grow territory.
