Scalable Advisor Education
  • Develop one-to-many programming such as quarterly seminars, forums, newsletters, Ignite modules, workshops, office hours, and reusable toolkits.

  • Coordinate marketing assessments for Bluespring and KPWS firms, including research, recommendations, roadmap development, resource matching, and 1-, 3-, and 6-month results check‑ins where appropriate.
  • Support firm Bluespring onboarding and brand‑transition work, including co‑branding, websites, logo updates, stationery, business cards, signage, social presence, and vendor coordination.
  • Create and scale one‑to‑many advisor marketing education, including webinars, workshops, Ignite content, newsletters, forums, playbooks, calendars, templates, and repeatable toolkits.
  • Partner with business‑unit marketing leaders, Advisor Engagement, Business Consulting, Field Operations, Strategic Growth, Creative, Communications, Compliance, RevOps, and external vendors to deliver coordinated support.
  • Guide advisors and internal stakeholders through approved vendors and platforms, including FMG Suite and other advisor marketing, website, content, social, analytics, and campaign resources.
  • Maintain advisor marketing activity, notes, status, ownership, and follow‑ups in Monday.com, OneNote, shared folders, or other approved systems so business leaders have visibility into work in flight.
  • Track engagement, execution progress, and marketing outcomes, then use those insights to refine recommendations and identify where additional education or vendor support is needed.
  • Stay current on financial advisor marketing trends, compliance considerations, advisor technology, digital presence expectations, social/content best practices, and competitor advisor‑support models.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably with at least 3 years supporting financial advisors, wealth management firms, RIAs, independent broker‑dealer advisors, or similar advisor‑facing businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with senior professionals, listen carefully, diagnose needs, set expectations, and translate strategy into clear next steps.
  • Strong knowledge of advisor marketing disciplines including brand positioning, websites, digital presence, content strategy, social media, email, events, lead generation, referrals, client communications, and measurement.
  • Experience coordinating website, brand, content, campaign, or marketing‑resource vendors, including scope alignment, stakeholder expectations, timelines, handoffs, and follow‑up.
  • Familiarity with FMG Suite or comparable advisor marketing platforms; experience with ActiFi, marketing automation, CRM, Google Analytics, social platforms, or project‑management tools is helpful.
  • Ability to lead one‑to‑many education and present confidently to advisors, executives, internal stakeholders, and vendor partners.
  • Strong project management discipline with the ability to manage multiple advisors, firms, vendors, business units, and deliverables at once.
  • Comfort operating in a regulated financial‑services environment and partnering with Compliance on approved content, disclosures, and process requirements.
  • High ownership, urgency, follow‑through, relationship judgment, and comfort working in a changing, matrixed environment.
What Success Looks Like:
  • Advisors and firms understand what marketing support is available and how to access the right resources.
  • Marketing assessments produce clear, prioritized recommendations that advisors can act on.
  • Firm onboarding and co‑branding work happens with fewer delays and clearer ownership.
  • The team moves beyond ad hoc 1:1 support by creating repeatable education, templates, and programs that scale across the advisor base.
  • Internal business leaders have visibility into advisor marketing activity, open work, vendor status, and results.
  • Advisor marketing activity supports broader goals around advisor engagement, organic growth, recruiting support, retention, and business‑unit growth.
