The role requires advising expertise, strong communication, and collaboration with campus partners to recruit, retain, and support diverse students across programs and services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Two years of professional experience in international education, international student services, student affairs, admissions, recruitment, immigration compliance, or a related field.
• As the Designated School Official ( DSO ), federal law requires the selected individual to be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
• Experience working with individuals from a broad range of cultural backgrounds, experiences, and age groups.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a senior advisor to international students on immigration, academic, and personal matters, including complex cases involving DHS / SEVP / SEVIS regulations.
• Act as Designated School Official ( DSO ) and maintain audit-ready records and reporting.
• Oversee daily operations related to international student services, admissions processing, and compliance.
• Lead process improvement to streamline international admissions, advising, and records management workflows.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to grow international student enrollment and represent the university at events.
