Qualificações

• Five (5) years of experience working with advising international students.
• Working knowledge and experience of immigration regulations related to student visa categories.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership to the advising team regarding interpretation and application of regulations pertaining to F-1 students.
• Management of escalated student cases.
• Directly supervises six (6) advisors.
• Oversees and participates in advisor training.
• Assists with hiring advising staff.
• Liaison with other University units in matters affecting international students.
• Assists with campus outreach efforts and oversees advisor outreach participation to enhance ISSS processes and services.
