Job summary

Titan Placement Group is seeking a Senior Director of Advancement in Lowell, MA, to lead fundraising strategy while staying closely involved with donor relationships that drive philanthropic growth. You will manage a donor portfolio, cultivate major gifts, and guide an advancement team, collaborating with executive leadership and the Board to advance the organization's mission.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive fundraising experience.
Successfully managed your own donor portfolio.
Proven track record of cultivating and securing major gifts.
Experience managing and developing fundraising professionals.
Capable of serving as both a strategic leader and hands-on fundraiser.
Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
Healthcare, nonprofit, human services, education, or public-sector experience is a plus.
