The ideal candidate has 10+ years of fundraising leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to secure major gifts and manage foundation and corporate funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Proven track record securing major gifts.
• Experience with foundations, corporate partners, and institutional funders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive advancement strategy aligned with Lowell CHC's priorities.
• Establish annual and multi-year philanthropic revenue goals.
• Lead donor engagement and major gifts from foundations and corporate partners.
• Oversee foundation relations and grant development.
• Provide strategic leadership to the advancement team.
• Collaborate with executives and board on fundraising initiatives.
• Represent Lowell CHC to community leaders and donors.
• Utilize data, metrics, and analytics to drive fundraising results.
