Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Successfully managed your own donor portfolio.
• Proven track record of cultivating and securing major gifts.
• Experience managing and developing fundraising professionals.
• Capable of serving as both a strategic leader and hands-on fundraiser.
• Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Healthcare, nonprofit, human services, education, or public-sector experience is a plus.

We’re hiring a Senior Director of Advancement who wants to lead fundraising strategy while staying personally involved in the relationships that drive philanthropic growth.

You’ll step into a hands-on leadership role managing a donor portfolio, cultivating significant gifts, developing institutional partnerships, and leading an advancement team. This is an opportunity for an experienced fundraiser who enjoys being a player‑coach while working closely with executive leadership and the Board to advance the organization’s mission.
