Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project, Systems, or Test engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities associated with hardware procurement.
• Support critical systems and test engineering efforts across multiple APU development program platforms including requirements management, system integration, and engine development/qualification test efforts.
• Communicate with team leadership and the customer regarding program status.
• Manage efforts within allocated budget and schedule.
• Complete monthly budget and schedule updates (CAM activities).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Relocation support may be provided.
