Qualifications
- Must have mechanical/industrial engineering degree with hands‑on experience in high‑speed manufacturing.
- 8+ years direct experience with industrial machines and advanced manufacturing techniques.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication across levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of advanced manufacturing strategies for table top products and conversion processes.
- Develop scalable concepts focusing on safety, quality, throughput, ergonomics and cost.
- Drive process optimization from concept through launch stabilization.
- Champion continuous improvement: cycle time reduction, labor optimization, equipment utilization and stability.
- Benchmark across locations and research emerging manufacturing technologies and automation.
